In the autumn of 2020, amidst a world that seemed to stand still, I launched a new venture on Etsy. Named LansyCustomDresses, it began as a collaborative effort with a local atelier, focusing on creating exquisite satin dresses tailored for bridesmaids, wedding guests, and special occasions. FAQs

When will my order be shipped?

Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days after the order is placed. If it is a bulk order, the processing time may be subject to change. The shipping takes 7-9 days. If you need the dress by an exact date, please chat with us and we will respond to see if it is possible to get the dress to you by your desired date.

I want to order but I need it quickly, is this possible?

Yes, it is absolutely possible but before you order please chat with us and we will see if it is possible to get the dress to you by your desired date.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We only accept cancellations or changes to your order (dress color, model, length, etc.), within 5 hours of placing your order. All orders go into work the same day. All dresses are made to order, so we make the dress just for you and your measurements. But if you still want to cancel your order after 5 hours, please contact us and we will definitely resolve this issue. Thank you for your understanding.

Where is my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification to your email, there you can find your order and see the tracking number. You can track your order on this page. If you have any questions about tracking your parcel, please contact us and we will be happy to help you. Please note that we do not accept returns if you have not picked up your parcel from the post office. We will have to re-send your parcel to you once your order has been returned to us.

Can I order fabric samples?

Yes, of course. Please, follow this link to order a set of all colors from our palette. It’s important, that you place your dress order as soon as you can after you have received the swatches because unfortunately, I can't guarantee that the color will be the same as the swatches if you place the order  1-2 months after receiving the swatches. I recommend that you place the order 5-7 days after you receive the samples.♥️

I need help taking measurements correctly

If you need our help with taking your measurements, feel free to ask us any questions in the chat. But before asking us any questions, please follow these steps:

1. Get your measuring tape.
2. Watch the video instruction how to measure correctly. The link to the video is here. 
3. Try to take the measurements yourself or ask a family member or seamstress for help.
4. Сontact us if you still have questions. We will be happy to help you. 🙂

What should I do if I receive the wrong item or a faulty item?

Yes, if you receive a dress in the wrong color or that does not match your order. For example, you ordered a red dress and received a pink one. Please contact us and we will definitely solve this issue. If you made a mistake entering leaving the measurements in your order, or accidentally chose the wrong color that you needed, unfortunately, this kind of order cannot be returned. Therefore, it is extremely important before paying for the order - check the following data again:

1. Color choice. 
2. Length of the dress. 
3. The measurements of your bust and waist.

Can I return or exchange my dress?

Due to our custom styling, we offer a total of over 20 colors to choose from and sew to your measurements, so items are non-returnable. Please note that even if you order a standard size, we still sew the dress to the color and fabric of your choice, so it's custom tailoring too. We cannot sell the item again as it is completely sewn to your measurements and wishes (color, length, etc). All garments are handmade after receiving your order, so everything is considered custom made. Therefore, it is very important that you are careful with the measurements you give us when you place your order because we sew the dress exactly to the measurements we receive.
